Pique's company Kosmos takes ITF to CAS for breaking Davis Cup deal

Kosmos, the events company chaired by Gerard Pique, has filed a million-dollar lawsuit against the International Tennis Federation (ITF) before the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) for the "unjustified" termination of the contract that existed between the two parties for the organisation of the Davis Cup for 25 years and for the damages caused to the company by this breach.

The company is thus ahead of the International Federation in the rumours reported by L'Equipe in which it was stated that the entity presided over by David Haggerty would be willing to take Pique's company to court for breach of contract.
