Djokovic one win away from regaining ATP No.1 spot
Novak Djokovic has been world number one for 387 weeks, one of the greatest records in tennis history.
This Sunday, June 11, if he wins the Roland Garros final against the winner of the match between Casper Ruud and Alexander Zverev, he will regain the lead on the men's tour, which he lost to Carlos Alcaraz the week of May 22.
The Serb, after defeating Alcaraz in the semi-final of the French Open, is 330 points behind the Spaniard. If he manages to lift his third such cup, on June 12 he will return to the top with a favourable difference of 420 points.
