READ: Full Text of Donald Trump's Indictment
The charges against former President Donald Trump, who was indicted by a federal grand jury this week, were unsealed to the public for the first time on Friday.
Trump faces 37 felony counts, including willful retention of documents, false statements and obstruction, in connection to his handling of classified documents after he left office. One of his personal aides, Walt Nauta, also faces a number of charges.
The former president, who announced the indictment late Thursday, said he has been summoned to appear at a federal courthouse in Miami on Tuesday afternoon.
