Former Buccaneers quarterback Shaun King claims Tom Brady is a 'shell of himself' and 'not the same player' he once was after finally letting age catch up with him.
Brady came up short in Tampa Bay's Wild Card playoff against the Cowboys last week, failing to work his usual magic on the night as rival quarterback Dak Prescott stole the show in a 31-15 win for Dallas.
While it was the first losing season of his career, with the Bucs finishing 8-9, the seven-time Super Bowl winner still put up solid numbers on an individual basis in 2022; having completed 66.8 percent of a league-high 733 passes for 4,694 yards, as well as 25 touchdowns and nine interceptions.
However, Brady is still contemplating his future in the sport after the heavy playoff defeat to the Cowboys, and at 45 years of age King believes his best days are now well and truly behind him.
