Son Heung-Min has backed Harry Kane to become the first player ever to retain the World Cup golden boot.
Kane claimed the prize during at the tournament in Russia in 2018, scoring six goals as Gareth Southgate led the three lions to their first World Cup semi-final since 1990.
However, despite drawing a blank in England's win over Iran in their Group B opener, Son believes that the 29-year-old is capable of making history in Qatar.
'Obviously, we're good friends and I've spoken to him about what's been going on - but I'll keep that conversation to myself,' the South Korea captained explained.
