Shakhtar threaten Spurs with legal action over Solomon plans
Tottenham could be sued if they attempt to sign Manor Solomon on a free transfer.
The North London club are aiming to secure the Shakhtar Donetsk star on the cheap this summer.
Solomon, who is an Israeli winger, spent the past season on loan at Fulham after his contract with Shakhtar was suspended.
Their chief executive Sergei Palkin said the following about the situation to ESPN: I contacted Solomon and his agent and invited him back to our club. I said: 'you can play all the games in Champions League, you will be in the starting eleven' but he doesn't want to move and I believe he will stay in England.
