A bullish Prince Harry had some clear and concise advice for Lionel Messi after watching him play for Inter Miami on Sunday, telling him to 'put it in the net' after he failed to score against LAFC.

The former royal was among a star-studded crowd in Los Angeles watching the world's greatest soccer player help his team to a 3-1 win - but there was some disappointment that the man himself didn't get on the scoresheet again.

Despite his two assists, it appears Harry wasn't overly impressed at the lack of a goal, responding quickly to a fan who asked him for 'one message to Messi'.

Turning to the camera while flanked by his security, the Brit can be heard shouting 'one message for Messi? Put it in the net' before laughing and walking away.
