Moshiri retaining control of Everton

Everton have NOT been put up for sale this week by owner Farhad Moshiri.

British media reports this week suggested that Moshiri was ready to sell the Toffees for 500 million.

Everton have fired manager Frank Lampard and are on the precipice of relegation from the Premier League.

But, in a video posted on Everton's official website on Tuesday, Moshiri clearly stated no" when he was asked if he was planning to sell the club.

Moshiri is instead hopeful of raising investments for the club to ensure they can move into their new stadium in 2024-2025 and still invest in the team.
