Four Man Utd stars in dressing room bust-ups with each other following Brighton humiliation
Manchester United players were involved in a furious post-match dressing room bust-up after their humiliating 3-1 defeat against Brighton.
Erik ten Hag's side were beaten for the third time in five Premier League matches this season, courtesy of strikes from Danny Welbeck, Pascal Gross and Joao Pedro. Hannibal Mejbri scored a late consolation goal for the Red Devils, who have claimed just six points from a possible 15 so far.
Following the game, tempers flared in the United changing room as the Red Devils unpicked another damaging defeat, having also lost at Arsenal and Tottenham in recent weeks. According to The Sun, club captain Bruno Fernandes confronted Scott McTominay while central defensive pair Victor Lindelof and Lisandro Martinez were also involved in angry scenes at Old Trafford.
Ten Hag tried to calm the players down as the Dutchman began to digest what he saw from his side against in-form Brighton, who have made an excellent start to the season, winning four of their opening five league games.
