Man Utd boss Ten Hag stands by Sancho comments

Manchester United boss Erik ten Hag has no regrets over his explanation for Jadon Sancho's omission for Sunday's defeat at Arsenal.

Ten Hag had suggested poor training ground form was reason for Sancho's absence, which sparked a response online from the player claiming he was being made a "scapegoat".

The Manchester Evening News says Ten Hag remains confident in his comments and stands by what he said,

Sancho is now expected to face disciplinary action for his post.
