Qatar's Sheikh Jassim has today submitted a new bid to take full control of Manchester United.
Jassim bin Hamad al-Thani has submitted the offer directly to the clubs owners, the Glazer family and Raine Group, who are managing the sale of the club.
The bid is to buy 100 per cent of United but still faces competition from INEOS chief Sir Jim Ratcliffe.
It is understood the Glazers value the club at6bn, with the process of the sale starting back in November of last year.
