Jubilant Everton fan celebrates survival with pie in one hand and crutches in other

Everton just had to get the job done on the final day of the Premier League season to remain a part of England's top tier next campaign.

Sean Dyche's side knew a win would be good enough to send Leicester City and Leeds United to the Championship. And after Abdoulaye Doucoure hammered the ball home, Goodison Park was sent into raptures.

And as fans celebrated, one jubilant supporter could be seen celebrating with a pie in one hand and a pair of crutches in the other. Football fans were quick to pick up on the image as the Toffees were sent into dreamland.
