Fans baffled as Farhad Moshiri 'commits to Everton' minutes before 'club put up for sale'
Everton supporters have been left baffled after news the club has been put up for sale was announced 20 minutes after a video of Farhad Moshiri talking to supporters was posted by the Toffees.
At 8pm, the Everton's official YouTube channel posted a video of the Iranian owner responding to supporters questions. However, before the fans were even able to get to the end of the 24-minute video, dramatic news from The Guardian claimed the club is up for sale.
In the last two days, the club have sacked Frank Lampard, watched Tottenham Hotspur hijack a move for Villarreal winger Arnaut Danjuma and heard reports top managerial target Marcelo Bielsa may reject a move to Goodison Park. Its safe to say, Everton fans are starting to get very overwhelmed by the constant barrage of events to happen to their club.
