Elche midfielder Rodrigo Mendoza has signed a new contract.

Mendoza, 17, has penned terms with Elche to 2026.

The Spain U18 international said: This renewal means a lot to me because of the trust the club places in me.

The only thing left is to show in the field that they are not wrong.

I feel that I am prepared for when they give me the opportunity and I want them to be sure that I am going to give my best on the pitch.
