Chelsea's shambles season saw snoozing star miss bus and players not bother tying laces
Football fans far and wide will be glum as another Premier League season ends on Sunday, but Chelsea supporters may well be glad to see the campaign's conclusion.
The club's lowest points tally of the Premier League era will result in their first bottom-half finish since 1996, with interim manager Frank Lampard set to step aside for a second time this summer. The club's all-time top scorer was the fourth man to lead the side this season after the infamous firings of Thomas Tuchel and Graham Potter, while Bruno Saltor also stood in as caretaker.
But it's not just Todd Boehly's questionable running of the club or the carousel of tacticians that's had a negative impact at Stamford Bridge. Certain stars are also culpable for the cacophony of concessions that's led to a slip in standards at the club.
