Al Sharjah striker Paco Alcacer is in talks about a return to Europe.

The former Villarreal and Barcelona forward has a deal with his Qatari club to 2025.

But he is now in talks to sign for Samsunspor this week, with the Turkish transfer deadline looming.

Samsunspor president Yuksel Yildirim has already confirmed that talks have been going on for a month and a half.

And there is hope of an agreement being struck in the coming hours.
