University of Phoenix and Military Police Regimental Association Announce Winner of Full-Tuition Scholars
Recipient is Army Veteran Gilbert Guzman Jr., training developer for U.S. Department of Defense
Together with the Military Police Regimental Association (MPRA), the University of Phoenix is proud to announce Gilbert Guzman Jr., SFC (Ret), as the recipient of this full-tuition scholarship for a bachelor's degree or master's degree program for standard MPRA members or immediate family members of a standard MPRA member. Together with its members, MPRA works to provide a variety of services and assistance to Military Police leaders, soldiers and their families around the world.
"Receiving this scholarship is a great honor," Guzman shares. "I am both humbled and excited to be selected to receive this award because it will help me pursue my educational goals and work towards becoming an Instructional System Specialist for the Department of Defense." Guzman plans to earn a Master of Arts in Education at University of Phoenix with the scholarship, a goal that he developed while serving in the US Army MP Corps for more than 20 years.
