Thompson Truck Group Acquires Goodpasture Motor Company

Thompson Truck Group, a division of Thompson Distribution in Nashville, Tennessee, has acquired Goodpasture Motor Company in Bristol, Virginia-Tennessee. The official announcement was made Tuesday, December 20, 2022, in Bristol, though preliminary conversations were taking place throughout the fourth quarter of 2022 that led up to the acquisition.

John Thompson, CEO of Thompson Distribution expressed this about the addition:
