NREUV's Gina Merritt on 9410 Hough renovation: 'My fate is hooked to this project'

Although Merritt says two of her projects in Hough are still making good time, she's worried about the redevelopment of the former Community Circle One Building, which could potentially throw the rest of development off of schedule.
