Nasdaq Alexandria Real Estate Equities today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $1.24 per common share for the third quarter of 2023. The dividend is payable on October 13, 2023 to shareholders of record on September 29, 2023. The common stock dividend for the 12 months ending September 30, 2023 of $4.90 per common share represents an increase of 24 cents, or 5 percent, over the 12 months ended September 30, 2022.

The dividend will be payable on September 25, 2023, to shareholders of record as of September 12, 2023. The total dividend paid will be US$320,000,000 or US$0.58 per common share.
