Previous General Counsel Focuses Practice on Business Oriented Advice

Martin has joined the partnership as Partner and General Counsel at the firm. Frank's practice focuses on business-oriented and practical advice stemming from his previous experience as General Counsel and President of a multi-billion-dollar, multi-strategy, global investment manager. In addition to his work as a hedge fund General Counsel and President, Frank served as a Lecturer at UC Berkeley School of Law. Frank created and taught Berkeley Law's course on structuring, advising, and regulating hedge funds. Alongside his investment management work, Frank has served as a senior executive, board chair, and general counsel to non-profit and social impact organizations, including time as Interim Executive Director and Lecturer at Berkeley Law's East Bay Community Law Center, the law school's largest clinical education program. At CFM, in addition to his work advising clients, Frank will serve as the firm's General Counsel.
