BancPlus Corporation Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend

BancPlus Corporation, the holding company for BankPlus, today announced that on January 24, 2023, its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.45 per share of its common stock. The cash dividend represents a 9.76% increase from the previous quarter and is equivalent to an annualized dividend of $1.80 per share. The cash dividend will be paid on March 15, 2023, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on February 15, 2023.
