Nearly $400,000 Raised for Delivering Good at the Inaugural Women of Impact Summit!
More than 250 people gathered on June 7th at 583 Park in New York City for Delivering Good's inaugural Women of Impact Summit. Thanks to our generous guests and event sponsors, the event raised nearly $400,000 to support Delivering Good's work helping people dealing with poverty and disaster by connecting them with new excess merchandise donated by the retail and manufacturing industries.
"The Women of Impact Summit is an evolution of our successful luncheon event that was held for 15 years. The event marks a shift from a model of honoring women for inspiring great things, to a thought provoking program that recognizes the impact women are having as leaders who are driving change," said Matthew Fasciano, Delivering Good President & CEO. "Through an interactive Gallery Walk we were able to engage guests in our mission in a new and exciting way, highlighting the impact Delivering Good has in communities across the US and beyond. Our hope is that attendees left inspired to find their own paths to making positive impact whether it be personally, professionally, or both."
